We continue presenting you the foods which make sure that your organism is sufficiently provided with the most important minerals, nutrients and dietary fibre. Here are the other five superfoods.

Acai berries

The perception is held that acai berries have the superpower to cure cancer, melt away excess kilograms, smooth out wrinkles, protect against cardiovascular diseases and even stimulate the libido. From 2005 onwards, these South American fruit have been celebrating their triumphant march: first around North America, and then all over Europe. Acai berries look just like blueberries, and freshly picked, they have a volatile matt coating on the surface. Unlike blueberries, however, they have a seed. It is inedible and it comprises the bigger part of the berry. Inside the flesh of the fruit, as well as in the skin, on the other hand, there are innumerable health-boosting nutrients. They are most commonly sold in the form of powder.


Chlorella is a type of seaweed, which is unbeatable in its properties. While some detoxifiers such as coriander help with the transportation of enriched polluters out of the cell, and in this way purify tissues, chlorella has been chosen to combine free toxins with metals, and thus neutralise them. Except for specific proteins and peptides, this micro seaweed also contains massive amounts of chlorophyll. Chlorella serves as a blood purifier and a stimulant to its production. Just like spirulina, it is a never-ending source of important vitamins and minerals, amino and fatty acids and stimulates the healing and regenerative processes in the human body.


Under no circumstances should you exclude broccoli from your diet. This green vegetable, coming from Malaysia, is exceptionally rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc and sodium, and it also contains many vitamins, particularly ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and carotene (pro-vitamin A).


The coconut can easily fall into the group of superfoods, because it is rich in many nutrients, as well. It contains high concentrations of the most important vitamins, minerals and microelements. Apart from that, the coconut meat, milk and water are all edible and also provide a wide range of applications. The fatty acids in the coconut, especially the lauric acid, provide protection against chronic diseases such as heart attack, Alzheimer’s disease, osteoporosis and cancer, they boost the immunity system, help the organism get rid of toxins and increase the effectiveness of physical exercise.


Ginger has a wide spectrum of advantages for the human body. It contains over 12 types of antioxidants, which help heal different diseases. Ginger contains a unique type of oil, which has highly effective properties. In its dry form, they increase, while during boiling the opposite process occurs. Ginger oil acts as an anti-inflammatory and a pain relief, it lowers blood pressure and cures nausea. In addition to this, ginger stimulates metabolic processes and improves blood circulation. At the same time, one of the compounds, found in ginger, has a soothing effect which reduces stress, fear attacks and exhaustion.
