The love between the Arab Princess and fashion icon Deena Abdulaziz Al Saud and Vogue turned out to be short-lived and passionate, and ended with a divorce. This became clear after an official statement of the former editor-in-chief of the latest offspring of the Fashion Bible, which was supposed to change the Middle East.
From the statement of the Princess we understand that the breakup in her relations with the publisher is rooted in differences in values that were impossible to overcome.
Deena Abdulaziz Al Saud took the lead of Vogue Arabia in July 2016, authorised by Condé Nast Intarnational and given the responsibility to manage the publishing of the long-awaited Arab version of the fashion magazine.
The person who is to replace the Princess as an editor-in-chief has already been appointed and will soon be made known to the public. What will they surprise us with this time?
