THE CRUCIAL LINK BETWEEN FOOD AND GLOWING SKIN

x

Beautiful outer appearance and pure skin depend largely on the way we live. And in order to make it better for ourselves in front of the mirror every morning, in order to feel healthier and more confident, it would be a good idea for us to start the change from the inside and improve the inner equilibrium in our bodies. To everyone’s amazement, this process starts namely in the kitchen – because food is what can work miracles on our skin!

Dark chocolate

Contrary to the commonly held perception that chocolate causes acne, quality dark chocolate actually protects skin from the harmful sunrays. It also contains antioxidants, which have a wonderful anti-age effect and prevent fine lines from forming. Chocolate, apart from everything else, helps the release of endorphin, also known as the happiness hormone, and when a woman feels good, then she looks good!

Spinach

All the shapes and sizes that it comes in! Spinach contains a triple hit of antioxidants, which are your best friend in helping you fight fine lines. Vitamin C, Vitamin E and beta-Carotene. Together they make a wonderful combination that is excellent at protecting you from the damaging UV rays. We shouldn’t miss the application of sun cream, though.

Almonds

Almonds are rich in Vitamin E, which is indispensable to healthy skin. These nuts are a must for smokers as they reduce the visual damage caused by the unhealthy habit. Rich in fibre and protein, almonds are extremely beneficial to both skin and hair.

Avocado

Perhaps the most important type of food when we speak about beauty. It is crucial for skin, hair and nails. It reduces the levels of bad cholesterol and helps in the fight against ageing. It contains antioxidants, fibre, magnesium and potassium. Quick and obvious results that can be easily achieved. The avocado is exceptionally tasty and we adore it in guacamole.

Flax seed

A genuine bomb, containing Omega-3 fatty acids, which are more than beneficial to any human body. The latest research shows that Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids are a useful method in the treatment of acne and eczema, and they also stimulate the formation of new cells.

Berries

A must on your menu! Rich in Vitamin C, which is perfect at helping the skin retain its natural strength and elasticity. Ideal food for young skin as berries fight premature ageing of facial skin. The abundance of Vitamin C is also the best precondition for producing collagen, whose magical effects we told you about in detail. Include plenty of berries in your diet and you are going to be fascinated with the results!

Salmon

One of the fish that have the highest concentration of the miraculous Omega-3 fatty acids. They nurture skin, reduce pore clogging and protect from the appearance of fine lines. Low-calorie and extremely healthy food!
